Coaching rooted in a reconnection to self, clarity and meaningful change.
Slow down. Let go. Breathe. Heal.
Find your way forward.
Hi. I’m glad you’re here.
What is weighing on you? Are you feeling stuck? What are you carrying that you might like to put down?
This is your space. A place where you don’t have to have it all figured out, where you are safe to slow down and explore without judgment or pressure.
My role is to walk beside you as you reconnect with what matters most, find clarity in what comes next and move toward meaningful change. Together, we can make room for reflection, healing, and a release of what no longer serves you. Here, you can build trust in yourself and your next steps.
Welcome.
About Me.
At the heart of my work are five values: freedom, authenticity, respect, kindness and curiosity. These shape how I coach and how I create space for the people I work with to explore and discover what feels true for them.
I know what it means to build a life, question it, lose parts of it, and build again.
I have been an executive and built a successful career over several decades in book publishing and advertising, leading people and navigating the pressures, expectations, politics and constant change that come with demanding careers. I understand ambition and achievement. I also understand burnout, questioning what comes next, and the realization that what looks like a successful life may no longer fit the person you have become.
For more than 30 years, I have navigated the intersections of identity, relationships, family, career, loss and change - not only professionally, but personally too. I am a queer parent and my path to parenthood included six years of infertility. I have been married and divorced, survived abusive relationships, and have found my way forward through grief, loss and profound periods of change.
As a certified life coach and an experienced executive coach, I bring those worlds together. I work with people who are navigating the complicated middle spaces of life: career changes, divorce and separation, grief and loss, parenting, infertility, relationships, neurodivergence, gender and identity exploration, and the lasting effects of trauma and generational patterns.
I believe we can make intentional choices about who we want to become, including questioning what we’ve inherited, reconsidering what is expected of us, and defining a meaningful life on our own terms.
You don’t need a perfect plan for what comes next. Just a place to begin and a way to keep your eyes forward. I’ll meet you with respect as you start to hear yourself more clearly and move toward what matters to you most.
What Coaching With Me Looks Like.
Discovery
1. Start with a Discovery Call
Our first conversation is a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. You can tell me what is happening in your life and what has brought you to coaching. I will tell you more about how I work. This conversation will give us both a chance to decide whether working together feels like the right fit. You do not need to know exactly what you want from coaching before we speak. Sometimes the starting point is simply knowing that something needs to change.
2. Clarify What Matters
Early in our work, we’ll identify what is bringing you to coaching, what matters most right now, and what you want to be different. We’ll establish a direction for our work while leaving room for your goals to evolve as you gain clarity.
3. Understand What Is Shaping You
We’ll look at the experiences, expectations, assumptions and patterns influencing where you are today. The purpose is not to stay in the past but to understand what is affecting your choices today. Including what is helping you and what may be getting in your way.
4. Turn Insight into Choice
From there, we’ll focus on what you want, what feels true now, and what choices are available to you. I’ll listen, ask questions, offer observations and challenge you to look at things from another perspective when that serves the work.
5. Move Forward
You decide what action makes sense. That might mean making a concrete change, testing a new approach, having a difficult conversation, setting a boundary, or simply giving yourself time to decide with greater clarity. The goal is not movement for its own sake. It is movement that feels intentional and authentically yours.
The Practical Details
Sessions are 60 minutes and, for now, take place virtually, allowing us to work together wherever you are.
You can book individual sessions or choose a package of 3, 6 or 10 sessions. We’ll discuss the options during the Discovery Call so you can choose the level of support that makes sense for you.
There is no single required cadence. We’ll agree on a rhythm based on what you are working toward, the level of support you want, and our calendars.
Between sessions, I may suggest a tool, exercise, article, book or other resource that supports our work. These are resources to use when they are helpful, not assignments you are required to complete.
My coaching is informed by trauma aware and feminist principles. In practice, that means I do not assume that every challenge can be understood solely as an individual problem to solve.
Our experiences are shaped by relationships, families, workplaces, communities, culture and larger systems. Those contexts can influence how we understand ourselves, what we believe is expected of us, the choices we think are available, and the patterns we carry forward.
I bring that awareness to our sessions, while staying focused on your lived experience, your values, your agency and the life you want to create. My practice welcomes people of all genders and identities, and I approach each person without assumptions about who they are or who they should be.
Coaching is not therapy and I do not diagnose or treat trauma. If something arises that falls outside the scope of coaching, I will be clear about that and, when appropriate, encourage you to seek additional professional support or resources.
